The hotel is comfortable, has a good location right off the interstate and is next to a gas station.
The furnishings and carpets are dated and well used. Security seems to be a little lax, many outer doors are not pass key protected and those that are were left open.

Check in didn't work right. I had filled out information saying I wanted a non-smoking room. They gave me a smoking room; but they switched me to a non-smoking with no problems. There were few guests at the hotel this night and there was only one person to handle everything. Thus, when I returned to switch rooms there was no one there and the phone to reach this person was not working. For a few minutes I was not a happy customer; but it worked out okay in the end.

When we arrived we were told that our room wasn't available. So the clerk upgraded us from an executive suite to the royal suite.
the fact that i booked the room more than a week ahead of time and nobody had the courtisy to call me and let me know that my room had a leak in the roof and it wasn't going to be available. if i had booked it for a friday or saturday i probably would have been out of luck. but since my reservation was for a tuesday they were able to upgrade me to a better room.

We loved our time here, especially the clean pool that was perfect for unwinding after a long day and the spacious room that fit our family comfortably. Just a heads up, the lack of breakfast options wasn’t a big deal since there are great spots nearby to grab a bite! 🏊♀️

The hot tub was nice. The cleaning was trustworthy enough to turn in my girlfriend's cell phone charger she left behind.
Th pool was quite chilly. Too cold for our tastes.
